The criminal is a prisoner who first appears in the episode "Truth or Square," during "Oh, Krusty Krab;" he also appears in the episode "Pat the Horse."

"Truth or Square"

During "Oh, Krusty Krab," the criminal has robbed the First Nautical Bank and gets caught by orange Incidental 118. They then notice the song and happily skip off together.

"Pat the Horse"

The criminal appears on the cover of the book You Can Be Anything.
