"Boring Morning" (also known as "Spongefoolery,' "Stupid Conversation," "Witty Conversation") was composed by Nicolas Carr and Steve Marston. The main instruments being played in the piece include the bassoon, string instruments, and the harpsichord. There is a short version without the bassoon and with additional ukulele named "Light and Stupid Conversation."
