- This track has slowed down in usage since season 5. Starting with "Grandpappy the Pirate," "Botany Bay (b)" has been replaced with "Sad Sack Shanty."
- Between "The Krabby Kronicle" and "Hard Time Out," it took Botany Bay (b) thirteen years to return, but only in Kamp Koral.
- Between "Funny Pants" and "Camp Crossbones," it took Botany Bay (c) exactly seventeen years to return, but only in Kamp Koral.
- The last main SpongeBob SquarePants in production order to use any of the variants of Botany Bay is "Krabby Kronicle," which also comes after "Penny Foolish" in US airdate order.
