Like Tentacle Acres in the episode "Squidville," non-cephalopods, mostly sponges and sea stars are forbidden to step foot at The Cephalopod Lodge, especially because of most cephalopods' hatred and prejudice against sponges and sea stars. Any cephalopods who are "friends" with a sponge and/or sea star are banished from the lodge.
However, in SpongeBob Adventures: In a Jam!, they seemed to have toned down their prejudice attitude towards them and allowed SpongeBob and Patrick to help repair the damages to their lodge.
