Template:Infobox OM "12th St Rag Slo" was composed by Sage Guyton and Jeremy Wakefield. Alongside "12th St Rag," it is a ukulele and steel guitar arrangement of "Twelfth Street Rag," which was originally composed by Euday L. Bowman in 1914. It usually plays when something silly or happy happens.
There is an alternate slowed down mix with slightly different melody and without the washboard in the background titled "12th St Rag (slow w•out washboard)."
Alternate titles: "12th St Rag (slow w•washboard)," "12th St. Rag," "12th Street Rag," "12th. st. Rag"

Trivia
- Between "Bossy Boots" and "Funny Pants," this track took almost 5 years to return.
- Between "Blackened Sponge" and "Burst Your Bubble," this track took over 9 and a half years to return again.
- "Funny Pants" and "Stuck in an Elevator" are so far the only episodes where both this and "12th St Rag" play.
- Although "Stuck in an Elevator" uses the bass version of "12th St Rag," which plays in a title card, "Funny Pants" uses the original version without bass, which plays in the episode itself.
