The "elderly" are one of the types of regular incidental characters. They very likely appear to be for incidentals who have the appearance of a senior citizen. These types of incidentals can commonly be portrayed as residents at Shady Shoals Rest Home and are a bit less common than other incidental types, although not the most least common type.
