The Doodle Dimension is a location that appears in and is the main focus of the episode of the same name and appears in the season 14 episode "Squidiot Box."

Description

The Doodle Dimension is an empty white place, similar to Nowhere. Unlike Nowhere, any mark, be it a pencil drawing or skid marks, will come to life.

Role in series

"Doodle Dimension"

SpongeBob and Patrick accidentally enter this dimension by entering Sandy's vortex machine, and they try to find a way out. They find out they can doodle in this dimension, so they doodle with the magic pencil. This is also where DoodleBob returns. SpongeBob and Patrick in the episode eventually have a war with DoodleBob in this dimension. SpongeBob and Patrick win the war, but they are still stuck in the dimension, so they draw Doodle Sandy so she can make a portal and get them out of the Doodle Dimension.

"Squidiot Box"

When Squidward is trapped in the imagination box, SpongeBob suggests that he "clear his mind". This brings Squidward to a blank void, which SpongeBob recognizes from the description as the Doodle Dimension. Patrick yells at him to watch out for DoodleBob, and when Squidward asks what he looks like, SpongeBob slips in a small drawing. DoodleBob then comes to life and starts attacking Squidward. Patrick tells Squidward to draw an exit door to escape, and at SpongeBob's suggestion, makes one using his ink. Squidward then appears to escape the box and return to his house, but is actually still trapped inside.
