Portals
Portals are objects that first appear in the episode "Neptune's Spatula." They play major roles in the video games The Cosmic Shake, Nickverse, and Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2.
Description
The Cosmic Shake
The portals appear to be made up of two different sections. The outer section of the portal is a light blue material that serves as a frame for the portal. The inner portion of the portal is circular and contains a swirly purple visual effect.

The portals are powered by the vortex machine that allows SpongeBob and Patrick to travel to the Doodle Dimension. Doodle Sandy later makes a doodle portal to send SpongeBob and Patrick back home.

The Cosmic Shake
They appear throughout Bikini Bottom. Madame Kassandra gives SpongeBob costumes for the portals. SpongeBob travels through them to other levels, collect level items, and save his friends.
Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2
It sucks SpongeBob and Patrick into the portal to the All-Star Brawl universe.
