The thief[1], also known as the boat jacker[2], is a muscular fish who steals the Patty Wagon in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie and hangs out at the Thug Tug.
Description
The thief is a huge, slender, purple muscular fish who wears a dark blue ski mask, a torn-up dark blue jean jacket, and dark blue pants, with a hole in one of the kneecaps. He carries a crowbar with him. In "Captain Pipsqueak," he is slightly thinner, his ski mask is light blue, and his jacket is green instead of dark blue.

The fish steals the Patty Wagon and later goes into a bar known as the Thug Tug. SpongeBob and Patrick have to develop a plan to get the key back, which is successful.
The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie video game
The jacker appears in this game, only smaller, and in the levels "Bubble Blowing Baby Hunt" and "Dennis Strikes Back" as a slammer. He is also the first boss in the GBA version.
Nicktoons Unite
He is one of the enemies in the SpongeBob SquarePants levels in the GBA version of the game. He and the others who resemble him are referred to as "Thugfish."
Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2
The thief appears as an enemy in the game during the Metropolis section of the campaign mode. He is one of three "Fish Thugs."
