Template:Infobox OM "12th St Rag Slo" was composed by Sage Guyton and Jeremy Wakefield. Alongside "12th St Rag," it is a ukulele and steel guitar arrangement of "Twelfth Street Rag," which was originally composed by Euday L. Bowman in 1914. It usually plays when something silly or happy happens.

There is an unused alternate mix without the washboard in the background named "12th St Rag (slow w•out washboard)."

• Between "Bossy Boots" and "Funny Pants," this track took almost 5 years to return.
  • Between "Blackened Sponge" and "Burst Your Bubble," it took over 9 and a half years for this track to return.
• "Funny Pants" and "Stuck in an Elevator" are so far the only episodes where this and "12th St Rag" both play.
  • Although "Stuck in an Elevator" used the bass version, and in a title card, whereas "Funny Pants" used the original version, and in the episode.
• Since season 10, this track plays at least once a season.
