Synopsis
On the bus, Squidward is trying to read a book, but he is continuously annoyed and interrupted by SpongeBob asking him only if they are there yet throughout the short.
Finally, Squidward has had enough and reveals to SpongeBob that the bus has not even started moving yet as the short ends.

General
- Originally, this short featured Template:Data:Links and Template:Data:Links getting annoyed by SpongeBob, and then Squidward (who was reading an audiobook instead of a normal one.)[1]
- This is the first short to play "Hello Blues".
- Although this short, along with "Beware Flying Jellyfish", and "Documenting Our Road Trip" are shorts for Season 5, they aren't included on the Complete 5th Season/Complete Fifth Season DVD.
Cultural references
- The title is a reference to the same phrase said typically by children during long car rides.
- The Are We There Yet? book uses the same title reference.
