"Horror House of Wax Retro" was composed by Nicolas Carr and Ron Wasserman. It is an edited version of "Horror House of Wax Retro Orch QUICKER" with more reverb. This track uses "18V Clstr & Air.ewi" from EastWest: Symphonic Orchestra, "Cluster Wave 01" from Best Service: Classical Choir. There are two parts used in the show so far.

- 120b. "Toy Store of Doom" - Title card; SpongeBob and Patrick are afraid of the toys.
- 125b. "Chum Caverns" - The cave dwellers appear.
- 128b. "Stuck in the Wringer" - "Buddy!"
- 131b. "A Pal for Gary" - Puffy Fluffy tries to eat SpongeBob.
- 248a. "The Krusty Bucket" - Cloning machine is activated; PlanKrab emerges from the cloning machine; Krabs and Plankton scream.
Horror House of Wax Retro 3
- 120b. "Toy Store of Doom" - SpongeBob and Patrick hide in a gumball machine.
- 122a. "Chum Bucket Supreme" - Inside Patrick's brain.
- 123-124. "Truth or Square" - "The door!"
- 128b. "Stuck in the Wringer" - SpongeBob loses the soap bar. ("Horror of Wax Retro 3")
- 131b. "A Pal for Gary" - Puffy Fluffy eats the entire food bowl/Puffy Fluffy rips the squeaky carrot toy.
- 133a. "The Curse of Bikini Bottom" - End of Squidward's daydream.
Trivia
- Between "A Pal for Gary" and "The Krusty Bucket," "Horror House of Wax Retro 2" took over 9 and a half years to be used again.
- "Toy Store of Doom," "Stuck in the Wringer," and "A Pal for Gary" are the only episodes to use both versions.
