Patrick's organs
Patrick's organs are the organs located in Patrick that were to appear in the episode "Sand Castles in the Sand,"[1] appear in the episode "Ink Lemonade," and play a major role in The Patrick Star Show episode "Olly Olly Organ Free."

"Ink Lemonade"
They are located inside of Patrick's body. The heart is located near its lungs as well as is stomach being located at the bottom.
"Olly Olly Organ Free"
They are 5 organs in total. First is the stomach which is a male one. It is pink with eyes and a mouth as well as arms and legs. Second, the heart which is the female one. It is very red with eyelashes on its eyes and a tooth on its mouth. It is a red bit on the top with arms and legs. Third is the intestines. It is a male which is like a worm. It has no arms and slivers like a snake or a worm. It has lips on its mouth. Finally, the lungs. It is male on the left and female on this right. They are two characters.

"Ink Lemonade"
When Patrick is trying to get more black lemonade, he knock on the door of Squidward's house and Patrick shows his organs and Squidward screams and sneezes ink into the back lemonade.
The Patrick Star Show
"Olly Olly Organ Free"
When Patrick is hungry when trying to watch The Sir Urchin & Snail Fail Show!, his organs rumble his tummy for food. He grabs everything that is moldy and eats it. Then he starts The Patrick Show! segment about pet makeovers but the organs keep rumbling the tummy so Squidina chainsaws a log for the key and then Patrick's stomach punches him in the face. They leave his body due to the moldy food Patrick has given them. The organs leave the Star house while Patrick enjoys his freedom life without organs. Patrick's organs then drive a car with money in it. They crash into Bubble Bass as they are having fun without Patrick. They go to a night club. Patrick replaced his organs. The organs partied until they see a VIP guard taking them to a VIP room which the guy is revealed to be the butcher while the organs were trapped in a deli. They have been stuck in there until Patrick arrived for potato chips as Patrick mistakes his organs for a meat zombie. Patrick ran away while his organs chased after him. They lead to a junkyard as the organs need to go back into Patrick as Patrick eats them and goes back into Patrick's tummy. Then trash falls onto Patrick and Patrick says that he needs new organs.
Trivia
- When Patrick's organs left his body, Patrick's brain was still remaining although it was in a cage-like room as the brain is also an organ.
