South Seas Orange-Throated Jelly
The South Seas Orange-Throated Jelly is a rare type of jellyfish who appears in the comic Best Fiend.
Description
It is a small pink jellyfish with four pink dots on it, an orange throat, a venom sac, and four stingers topped with more stingers.
This jellyfish is extremely aggressive to any creature that is the size of a plankton, and when it detects a creature of said size, its tentacles will turn into arms with anchor tattoos on them, and the jelly will violently beat up the creature.
Role in comic
When SpongeBob takes Plankton, who is disguised as Patrick, to Jellyfish Fields for some jellyfishing, they find a South Seas Orange-Throated Jelly. SpongeBob notes how it is moving in an attack pattern, but he reassures "Patrick" that only plankton-sized creatures are in danger.
The jellyfish notices how "Patrick" is plankton-sized, and proceeds to beat him up while SpongeBob comments on the various ways the jellyfish is beating up Plankton.
