The light purple sound effect fish is a character who briefly appears in the episode "What Ever Happened to SpongeBob?"

Description

He is a light purple fish with long, orange hair that stretches all across his back and light blue eyes. He wears dark tan clothes with long sleeves. His hat has a silver bottom and his lips are of a darker shade of purple. There are two black dots below his eyes that presumably represent his nose.

Role in episode

He is one of the people making noises to scare SpongeBob when he is leaving Bikini Bottom. Specifically, he makes caw noises while standing between a couple of rocks. Some other fish also make weird noises in order to scare SpongeBob along with the light purple fish.
