Squid incidental 28 is a "Squid" incidental who appears in the episode "Smoothe Jazz at Bikini Bottom."
Description
He is a light green octopus who resembles Squidward, being a skinny octopus with a large forehead, a large droopy nose, and six arms. He has a gray mustache, bushy eyebrows and three green spots on his head. He wears brown pants, a long-sleeved light pink shirt with a burgundy tie, as well as a matching burgundy flat cap.
