Character

Agnes Steelhead is the mother of Bunny Star who appears in the episodes "Which Witch is Which?," "Cleanin' House" and "Thanks But No Thanksgiving."

Description

She's a tall purple squid witch with tiny gold oval earrings, cat eyed glasses with little gemstones, a gold bracelet on one of her tentacles and dark pink lipstick. She also wears a purple cape and a teal robe lightly belted onto her. Her batfish form features a magenta color for her skin, ears, wings and purple for her fin and tail.

She's very fond of Bunny and Template:Data:Links, but not so much to Template:Data:Links, Template:Data:Links and Template:Data:Links, usually tormenting them with her magic, painting her as mean in the eyes of the adoptive squid granddaughter.

Role in series

"Which Witch is Which?"

She comes to visit the Star family from the old country, teaching Squidina witch magic, going against Bunny's neat-freak ideals, and rudely and abusively toying around with Cecil and Patrick, finding them mere nuisances. GrandPat tries to hunt her down akin to the Salem witch trials, and later challenges her to a magic duel, to which she seems to beat him at. However, Squidina uses her magic education to defeat Agnes, sending her back to the old country she came from.

"Cleanin' House"

She calls Bunny to tell her that the town wormhog, Sally Minilla, has passed away and has left her inheritance to Bunny.

"Thanks But No Thanksgiving"

Agnes leaves and sees GrandPat trying to use her TV, and they get into an argument over which channel to turn it to. Cecil comes back with a turkey, and Agnes explodes it with her magic, as a means to get GrandPat outside and hunting for it. Agnes tells Cecil not to do anything else in the meantime. After all, Agnes haves a dinner time with star family

Trivia

She's the second character in the franchise to be portrayed by Andrea Martin after Miss Gristlepuss.
She's the second member of the Star family to be a squid rather than a starfish, after Squidina.
Her name is based on that of Agnes Moorehead, an American actress.
