The BZZT-Bot[1] is a robot that appears as an enemy in the video games Battle for Bikini Bottom and Battle for Bikini Bottom: Rehydrated.
Description
BZZT-Bots are small robots that are equipped with a light green laser eye with a yellowish tinge. Their metal body is gray and each of their hands only has three fingers. A BZZT-Bot's face is shaped like a square.

Role in Games
BZZT-Bots are semi-common enemies that appear in the game's later levels: the Krusty Krab in Bikini Bottom, the Kelp Forest, the Flying Dutchman's Graveyard, and SpongeBob's Dream. Once a BZZT-Bot spots its target, it unleashes a ray while keeping its distance. The ray is harmless at first while it's colored green, but becomes harmful when it turns yellow. Their attack always points forward and down, so the player can attack from above or use the Bubble Bowl ability. BZZT-Bots drop 20 shiny objects when destroyed.
In the remake, the BZZT-Bots' attack has been modified somewhat; their rays now point straight ahead and have a greater range of color change, changing from green to yellow to red. The rays become lethal only once they turn red.
