Template:OTab Template:Object Canned Bread is bread packed conveniently into a can. It first appears in the episode "Squidville."

Description

The can somewhat resembles a soda can and is silver. There is a horizontal red stripe going around the can near the top. On the stripe reads the food's name in all caps and written in white.

Under the stripe is a picture of a loaf of bread. Under this is a yellow burst shape. It reads "Best Thing Since Sliced," spelling out "Best Thing Since Sliced Bread."

"Squidville"

The bread is sold at the store Full of Health at Tentacle Acres. Template:Data:Links buys it multiple times in the montage of him doing things in the city.

"Atlantis SquarePantis"

The bread makes a cameo in Squidward's painting, though it is in a different kind of can, similar to what the one that appears in SpongeBob Moves In! looks like.

"Super Evil Aquatic Villain Team Up is Go!"

Man Ray is seen restocking Canned Bread into a vending machine.

Several cans of canned bread can be seen in the background at some points in "The Jellyfish Kid", "Camp SpongeBob", and "Painting with Squidward"

It is a product the player can make. It was introduced during the summer 2014 update, where the theme was exercise and eat healthily to unlock things like the Fast Food Coliseum.

• Canned Bread is a real-life product in Japan called "Pan Desuyo!" ("This is a bread!") which can also be found in select stores in the United States, among other countries.
• Its appearance in "Squidville" has become a popular internet meme and is used in YouTube Poop videos.
• Based on the montage of Squidward's monotonous day-to-day activities in "Squidville," he bought a total of 11 cans of Canned Bread.
