Lima beans are an edible legume that are first mentioned in the episode "Fools in April" and first appear in the episode "Krabby Land."
Description
The beans are contained in a silver can; the label of said can is colored red with a white square on it. Inside the square, the food's name is written in black text. The words are stacked and there is an illustration of three green lima beans between the two words.

"Fools in April"
SpongeBob asks Squidward about the "lima beans and the car chase."
"Krabby Land"
Mr. Krabs builds a cheap playground named Krabby Land. He also gets SpongeBob to go through torturous tasks to entertain the children, including being force-fed lima beans. Krabs passes out coloring books and says that the kids who turn them in get to meet Krabby the Clown.
Krabby turns out to be Mr. Krabs in a colorful tie and a blue-painted tomato on his nose. Mohawk brute 1 punishes Mr. Krabs by tying him up to two pieces of wood and force-feeding him the lima beans, with mohawk brute 2 helping him out.
Tighty Whitey Tumble
The truck full of lima beans appears as a boost for the player to send SpongeBob further.

While trying to get SpongeBob to regain his memories of him, Squidward drives a car loaded with explosive barrels towards a bridge, and there is a can of lima beans between them, referencing the "lima beans and car chase" line from "Fools in April."
