Template:Song "Dear Friend" is an opera song written by Aaron Springer, sung by SpongeBob to convince Patrick to become his friend again. A sea urchin goes to sleep on Patrick's face. Then, Patrick thinks that he becomes an adult and has a beard. So Squidward offers him to teach him how to be civilized. Patrick accepts and Squidward managed to make him civilized.

Then, Spongebob also tries to learn how to be civilized but Squidward was refusing to teach him because Squidward thinks SpongeBob is futile. Later, Spongebob try to remove Patrick's beard but he failed.

Later, Patrick and Squidward are going to an opera. SpongeBob dressed as a Viking women and prepared a song which convinces Patrick to become his friend again. The song wakes the sea urchin and he escapes from Patrick's head.
