The delicious dairy treat is a strawberry two-scoop ice cream cone that has a thin and slightly pointy wafer cone. It is able to have a mind of its own and can talk freely.

SpongeBob seems to be speaking the words the ice cream cone says and hits himself with it, but it is revealed that said ice cream can talk when SpongeBob leaves without it and Nerd 2 picks it up.
