"Hilo March" (also known as "Grass Skirts Blowing") is an arrangement of Joseph Kapeau Ae'a's song of the same name, and it was arranged by The Hawaiian Serenaders in 1970. The main instruments being played in the arrangement include steel guitars, a ukulele, a bass guitar, bongos, congas, a tambourine, a vibraphone, and a xylophone. It is mainly used as title card or ending music. There is also another track with a very similar name called "Old Hilo March."
