Location

The Bikini Bottom City Hall is a building that is first mentioned in the episode "Home Sweet Rubble" and first appears in the episode "It Came from Goo Lagoon." It was the city hall of Bikini Bottom before being destroyed.

Description

"Cave Dwelling Sponge" and "Ice Cream Headache"

It is a later version of the Court House/Bikini Bottom Town Hall & Fun Center. The exterior of the building is shown to be made of all metal, with four large Parthenon-shaped bricks attached to the front entrance, with a stairway leading up to the door. On top, there is a triangle-shaped rim, which supports the bricks onto place. There is another door with a smaller staircase, located in the left side of the building. Lastly, there is a tall flag attached to a pole outside of the building.

The Realistic Fish Head narrates that the Mermalair's Aquaphone connects City Hall with Mermaid Man.

"Cave Dwelling Sponge"

It is first described by Perch Perkins of how Mr. Krabs and SpongeBob go to the City Hall to confront the wild beast. Spongy Spongy climbs on top of the roof of the Bikini Bottom City Hall to escape the police and SpongeBob goes up after him. Spongy Spongy is interested in the squeaking sound of SpongeBob's shoes, and the two develop a friendship. They start dancing together, and the police below throw them canes and top hats. Then, shortly after, Spongy Spongy likes the shoes and grabs them from SpongeBob's feet and tries placing them on his feet, but becomes frustrated when they can't fit his feet. Unfortunately, the shoes are too tight and rip. This causes Spongy Spongy to become so angry that he jumps forcefully in the air. Spongy Spongy stomps his feet in a fit of rage, which destroys the city hall. The roof breaks and the whole building collapses. The officers are thankful for Spongy Spongy saving them millions of dollars by destroying the building before it was set to be demolished, and let him go.
