Red[1] Marvin[2] is a character featured in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie PC Game, the PC version of the video game Lights, Camera, Pants!, and Nighty Nightmare. He frequently goes to Weenie Hut Jr's and admits to being a weenie.
Description
He is a tall red or light yellow fish who has a purple ripple running through his body. He also wears plain clothes, a blue or white shirt, and black or red pants.
Role in games
The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie
He, named Red and colored as such, appears as one of the guests in Hotel Deep Six. SpongeBob and Patrick investigate him about the disappearance of Victoria Ellen's pearls, passing off as food service. He denies taking them, but mentions that he heard noises under his room the previous night and saw an oyster pop out of one of the holes in the floor once. This helps provide a breakthrough in their investigation and they eventually solve the case by finding an oyster bed under there with Victoria's pearls.
Lights, Camera, Pants!
He, named Marvin and colored yellow, meets SpongeBob at Weenie Hut Jr's. He asks SpongeBob if he is a "weenie", and SpongeBob replies he is not. When SpongeBob asks him why he hangs around at Weenie Hut Jr's, Marvin reveals that he has learned to embrace himself as a "weenie" and he is not ashamed anymore. Marvin also says that Jellyfish Jelly ice cream is the best item on the Weenie Hut Jr's menu, but they ran out of jelly. But he tells SpongeBob there is still plain ice cream, and he can ask the guy at the counter. SpongeBob can then ask him to be in The New Adventures of Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy, which he enthusiatically agrees to as he is a fan of Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy. He can play Grubbs the chef in the episode.
Nighty Nightmare
Marvin makes a cameo during SpongeBob's award ceremony at the start of SpongeBob's Nightmare. He appears as a runner-up of the race along with one of the Dig Site campers.

Trivia
- He seems to have vast knowledge of the Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy franchise, since he asks SpongeBob if the show he's casting is based on either the Challenge of the League of the Super Acquiantances show or the more obscure Mermaid Man and his Finny Friends Adventure Hour, the latter of which he doesn't like as much as the former. SpongeBob, despite being a huge Mermaid Man fan himself, has no idea which one he means, implying that they're both the more obscure entries of the Mermaid Man franchise.
