SpongeBob's Toe Jam is the seventh comic of SpongeBob Comics No. 40.

Synopsis
Mr. Krabs orders SpongeBob to move buckets of mayo to the fridge, and SpongeBob replies that he was going to throw them out because they are expired. Krabs says they can still use them if they also sell kelp of magnesia for customers' stomach aches. SpongeBob carries the mayo buckets, but drops them on his toe, creating a giant welt that looks like a purple Patrick. Krabs tells SpongeBob to get to the doctor's office, where the doctor gives SpongeBob a lotion to remove the swelling.
Later, SpongeBob is at home when Patrick stops by and mistakes the welt for his long-lost twin brother. They "catch up" over a series of activities, to SpongeBob's chagrin. When Patrick is trying to show his "twin" an addition to his anchor collection, he accidentally drops it on SpongeBob's other foot, creating another welt with the same shape. Patrick grabs them and exclaims, "We're triplets!"
