The Employee Handbook is a Krusty Krab guidebook that appears in the film The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water and the book The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water - The Junior Novelization.
Description
It is a light velvet book that is very detailed and contains a lot of pages. The pages are also in fine print, so they require a magnifying glass to view them. The cover also has a Krabby Patty on it.
The magnifying glass reveals the following section of text:
"No employee may, in part or in whole, commit the Krabby Patty secret formula to any recorded, written, or visual form, including memories, dreams, and/or needlepoint."
Role in movie
SpongeBob reads the handbook in order to inform Mr. Krabs that he is not permitted to memorize the Krabby Patty secret formula as per the rules detailed in it.
Trivia
- This is the third "Krusty Krab rule book" in the series. The others have no form of consistency when brought up. The first is the Krusty Krab Training Manual and the second is Krusty Krab Rule Book.
