SpongeBob is trying to keep his teeth clean. Help him by using the toothbrush to rub over SpongeBob's rotting teeth. Avoid letting candy touch SpongeBob's teeth or else it turns even more rotten. The game ends when the player lets a rotting tooth fall out.
