Daniel Kingsley "Dan" Povenmire is a former crew member on the Nickelodeon shows Rocko's Modern Life and SpongeBob SquarePants, and also even worked The Simpsons for Fox. After leaving Nickelodeon, Povenmire teamed up with Jeff "Swampy" Marsh to create Phineas and Ferb and its spin-off Milo Murphy's Law. He is also recognized for his work on Family Guy. He is currently working on an animated series named Hamster & Gretel that is currently airing on Disney Channel.

He also wrote the "Campfire Song Song" for "The Camping Episode."
