Michael "Mike" Patrick Bell (born November 3, 1967; age 57) is a SpongeBob SquarePants crew member who worked on season 4 and returned as a writer for Kamp Koral: SpongeBob's Under Years. He has also returned for season 14.[1] He portrays Santa Claus in the episodes "Christmas Who?" and "Squidina's Holidaze Special." He also portrays a fisherman in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie, "The String," "SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout," and "A Fish Called Sandy," as well as "Best Served Cold" from the spin-off show The Patrick Star Show. Outside of SpongeBob, he has worked on the DreamWorks Animation films Kung Fu Panda 2 and Turbo.

- In "Christmas Who?," The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie, "The String," and "Squidina's Holidaze Special," he is credited as Michael Patrick Bell. However, in every episode he's written on, he's credited as Mike Bell.
- He is credited as both in "A Fish Called Sandy," with Mike Bell used for the writer credit, and Michael Patrick Bell used for his role as the fisherman.
