This game was a Nick.com "Clickamajig", a game that wasn't really skill-based but focused on creation. In this Clickamakig, the player chooses from 8 colored sequins to draw a picture. You could copy an outline to draw off of, or free draw. The only in-game noises are techno sound effects played when you put down a sequin, or switch to another color. It was released in 2000.
