Fiber

Template:OTab Template:Object Fiber, or dietary fiber, is a material in foods which assists the digestive system in digesting food and other materials. It first appears in the episode "Mermaid Man vs. SpongeBob" and makes a cameo in "Penny Foolish."

History

It is seen in the episode "Mermaid Man vs. SpongeBob" when Template:Data:Links tries to end Template:Data:Links's mind control over Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy. The former manages to get the controlled minions to consume Krabby Patties, but the two aren't able to digest it until SpongeBob brings a concrete mixer filled with fiber and feeds it to them, making them snap out of mind control.

In "Penny Foolish," Template:Data:Links is at the Discount Grocery Mart, and one of the things he buys is an industrial-sized pack of raw fiber.
