Template:OTab Template:Object Fiber, or dietary fiber, is a material in foods that assists the digestive system in digesting food and other materials. It appears in the episodes "Mermaid Man vs. SpongeBob" and "Penny Foolish."

It is a gray material that is released by a concrete mixer.
"Penny Foolish"
It comes in a turquoise jar that has a dark blue cap and a white label that depicts an illustration of sentient fiber smiling. Above that, the product's name is imprinted in red text.

When Template:Data:Links tries to end Template:Data:Links's mind control over Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy, the former manages to get the controlled minions to consume Template:Data:Links, but the two are not able to digest it until SpongeBob brings a concrete mixer filled with fiber into the Chum Bucket and feeds the fiber in it to them, making them snap out of mind control.
"Penny Foolish"
One of the things that Template:Data:Links buys at Discount Grocery Mart is an industrial-sized jar of raw fiber.
