Bright Lights is a SpongeBob SquarePants online game.

This game was a Nick.com "Clickamajig," a game that wasn't really skill-based but focused on creation.

It was released in 2000.

Gameplay

In this Clickamakig, the player chooses from 8 colored sequins to draw a picture. You could copy an outline to draw off of, or free draw. The only in-game noises are techno sound effects  played when you put down a sequin, or switch to another color.
