In "Man Ray Returns," he and Patrick spy on their new neighbor, who they discover is actually Man Ray, so they transform into Mermaid Pants and Barnacle Star and confront him afterwards. In "Appointment TV," Patrick is in his Barnacle Star form during the performance of the Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy-themed play along others to return his favor to SpongeBob. File:Patrick Tentacles.jpeg	Squidward Tentacles	Patrick pretends to be Squidward along with SpongeBob in honor of opposite day, although he barely tries to look and act like him. File:Suds 112.png	Doctor Patrick	He wears doctor's equipment, particularly the silver disc around his head attached to a headband. He wears doctor clothes in "The Splinter," but he appears in his normal clothing in "Suds" sans the aforementioned disc. In "Suds," he tries to cure SpongeBob from the eponymous disease by trying unusual methods. In "The Splinter," when SpongeBob asks Patrick for help with his splinter, he hammers it and covers the wound in garbage, causing his thumb to swell up, turn purple, and produce pus. File:Arrgh! 091.png	Blindbeard the Pirate	When Mr. Krabs shows up in a pirate ship in front of SpongeBob's house, he gives SpongeBob and Patrick pirate gear. Patrick wears both eye patches and trips as well, falling onto SpongeBob.	"Arrgh!"
File:Big Pink Loser 122.png	SpongeBob SquarePants	Patrick is jealous of SpongeBob's award collection, so he decides to work with SpongeBob at the Krusty Krab. He fails to have any success the first few times, but is able to open a jar when SpongeBob teaches him how to. Getting the idea from SpongeBob that behaving exactly like him will get him awards, Patrick decides to dress up like SpongeBob and copy everything he does. This leads SpongeBob to take drastic measures to get Patrick to stop copying him, including dressing up like SpongeBob.	"Big Pink Loser"
File:Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy III 158.png	Boy Patrick	SpongeBob and Patrick are invited by Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy to watch the Mermalair. They accidentally free Man Ray, and afterwards try to teach him goodness levels. However, this backfires when SpongeBob and Patrick end up fighting over the remote activating the tickle belt and break it. SpongeBob and Patrick think Man Ray is rehabilitated, but Man Ray runs away soon after, which leads them to role play as Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy to stop him.	"Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy III"
File:Candy Dis-Order - Game over.png	Candy Cupid Patrick Star	He appears as "Candy Cupid" and tries to knock candy off of the conveyor belt. SpongeBob tries to get rid of him by using a rolling pin.	"Candy Dis-Order"
	The Elastic Waistband	As part of The International Justice League of Super Acquaintances (IJLSA), Patrick cosplays as the Elastic Waistband, who has the ability to become very flexible. His costume is a green suit with blue and red goggles. However, if he gets stretched out too much, he is temporarily unable to revert to normal.	"Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy V"
File:Dunces and Dragons 092.png	Sir Patrick Star	While in a jousting match, Patrick blocks SpongeBob's attack, which in return, flings Patrick out of the arena. SpongeBob yells out for Patrick, which makes the seahorse fling him out. The two fall into Bikini Bottomshire, which is medieval Bikini Bottom. After the fall, they are surrounded by horsemen before being arrested for the witchcraft act of falling out of the sky.	"Dunces and Dragons" "FitzPatrick"
File:Patrick SmartPants 059.png	Patrick SmartPants	Patrick SmartPants is a more intelligent version of Patrick, with interest in science and music. He is less interested in the "unintelligent" hobbies that the normal Patrick would do, like going jellyfishing. Patrick SmartPants has emerged when normal Patrick's head has been accidentally cut off by smashing through a wall as a result of falling from a cliff. SpongeBob then screws in the "smart" head into Patrick, thinking it was Patrick's original head. The "smart" head accidentally forms Patrick SmartPants.	"Patrick SmartPants"
File:Chimps Ahoy 106.png	Mr. Dr. Prof. Patrick	When Sandy is worried that the chimps won't be satisfied by her work, SpongeBob and Patrick decide to help by taking over her work. When the chimps arrive, Patrick wants people to address him by this name. They show off a back-scratching, hair-combing, nose-picking ukulele-tuner to the chimps, with Lord Reginald being the first to test it.	"Chimps Ahoy"
File:Patrick as Lady.png	Patricia Star	Since Patrick is afraid that the salesfish who said "Get out of town!" is hunting after him and will force him out of town, he gets help from SpongeBob to create a disguise so he can still live in Bikini Bottom, and at the same time, not be seen by the man who wants him out of town. Once many people in the Krusty Krab see Patricia, they fall in love with her and Patrick instantly becomes annoyed.	"That's No Lady"
File:Rule of Dumb 054.png	King Patrick Star	He is the same form as Patrick, but wears a yellow crown with several gems on it and a purple coat. He abuses his power multiple times and stays like this until he sees a monstrous version of himself in the mirror. This makes him change his attitude and become his old self again. File:Starfishmangba.png	Starfishman	Starfishman first appears in the first chapter, "Starfishman to the Rescue." After Patrick wakes up from a nightmare, he sees a news broadcast saying that the Dreaded Patrick is attacking Bikini Bottom. Patrick soon jumps out from his rock and transforms into Starfishman. He proceeds to go after Dreaded Patrick, all while doing things such as stopping a train from ramming a citizen and finding pieces of his missing clothes. File:Breath of Fresh Squidward 198.png	New Patrick Star	He is identical to Patrick, except that he has oval eyes with rectangular pupils and a wide frowning mouth, making his face look like Squidward's face. Unlike New Squidward and SpongeBob, he has the exact same voice of his normal self. Much like New Squidward and New SpongeBob, he has the exact opposite personality of his normal self. File:Who's a Big Boy 185.png	Giant Patrick Star	He looks exactly the same as the regular Patrick, except he is much larger. In "Squidward in Clarinetland," he lives in the Horned Forest inside the eagle head's stomach, living in fear of the "Pressure." In "Who's a Big Boy?," Patrick grows unnaturally large from radiation, and the townspeople attempt to shrink him down to normal. File:Pink Patty.png	Pink Patty	Short Order Boy and Pink Patty compete against the undefeated champions, Jim and the purple wrestler, with Mr. Krabs as their manager. The two are reluctant to fight at first, but Krabs manages to convince them that their opponents are "pretending."	"Krusty Krushers"
File:Shuffleboarding 128.png	PatBoy	After Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy are injured and sent to the hospital, SpongeBob and Patrick go to visit them. Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy receive a call from the police commissioner, telling them that they will be celebrity guest contestants at the Bikini Bottom shuffleboarding competition. They are unable to attend in their condition, but SpongeBob then says both he and Patrick are certified Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy impersonators. They are given rings that produce rubber Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy costumes, and are told to immediately return them after the tournament.	"Shuffleboarding"
File:Old Man Patrick 079.png	Old Man Patrick Star	Old Man Patrick is an elderly and wrinkly version of Patrick with gray eyebrows and goatee and no red dots. After Patrick devours numerous bowls of prune ice cream, he gets a cold-stimulus headache and is hospitalized, pronounced as dead. A nurse then zaps his brain with a defibrillator and puts it back into his head. Afterwards, a montage of Patrick getting older and wrinklier is shown until he becomes an elderly man. File:Scanned-image-7 - Copy (2).jpg	Patrick Man (Bikini Bottom 2)	After Karen steals the cookie secret formula from Plankton, he and Super SpongeBob SquarePants appear to save the day. Super SpongeBob SquarePants gives back the formula and Patrick Man holds Karen up. After SpongeBob gets the heroes' attention, Patrick Man lets her go and she runs off. After SpongeBob explains his situation, Patrick Man says that the two heroes will help.	Bikini Bottom 2
File:Wonderful Guy.jpeg	Wonderful Guy	Patrick creates this superhero alter-ego in order to play as a superhero. When Squidward goes to get his mail, he is blasted in the face by water. Wonderful Guy saves him, but Squidward realizes that the hero rigged the mailbox so that he could cause trouble to solve. He and Secret Guy then hear a cry for help, and it's revealed that Squidward has become the villain Mendu in order to drive away the heroes.	The Evil That Mendu!
File:Patrick-Man! 113.png	Patrick-Man!	Patrick first decides to turn into "Patrick-Man!" the defender of Bikini Bottom when he steps on a Mermaid Man doll. Patrick Man first heads to the Krusty Krab to show off his new persona. After stops at Bikini Bottom High School, downtown, and at Mrs. Puff's Boating School, he accidentally unmasks Incidental 82, revealing the Dirty Bubble. Patrick Man throws props at the Dirty Bubble but they all go through him. He then throws SpongeBob, but the Dirty Bubble just eats him. As the Dirty Bubble closes in for an attack, Patrick Man bends over to get a Krabby Patty and pops the Dirty Bubble with his cone hat.	"Patrick-Man!" Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2
File:Mr. Superawesomeness in SpongeBob Simulator.png	Mr. Superawesomeness	Patrick is turned into a superhero called Mr. Superawesomeness using the book that controls everything that happens, and with help from the others, they defeat the evil pirate Burger Beard and get the formula back from him. File:Sanctuary! 131.png	Pat the Snail	Patrick is sad that SpongeBob is only hanging out with his snails, so he becomes a snail himself, only to end up regretting this decision when SpongeBob takes him. At the end of the episode, SpongeBob accidentally gives Patrick to Bob Barnacle and runs after the truck to adopt him.	"Sanctuary!"
File:Pat the Horse 086.png	Pat the Horse	He is just like Patrick, but behaves and looks more like a horse. After seeing a picture of cowboy riding a horse in the book You Can Be Anything, Patrick gets the inspiration to become a horse himself. When he rides SpongeBob to work, Patrick wreaks havoc upon the town unintentionally.	"Pat the Horse"

Patnocchio starts out as a normal goofy starfish eating patties at the Krusty Krab. File:The Pointy Mouth of Doom.png	Pointy Mouth of Doom	This is a name by Jolly King Pork Chop. It destroys Hamdonia and eats some of the Hamdonians. Jolly King Pork Chop prepares a sacrifice for this monster. The guards put a sausage in bread for it to eat. It later turns out to be Patrick.
