Orville,[1] also known as Squid guard 2,[2] is one of the two "Squid guard" incidentals, along with Squid guard 1, that first appears in the episode "Squidville."
Description
He is identical to Squidward, except that he has a brown mustache, a navy blue police uniform consisting of a shirt and pants with a black belt, a red necktie, and a police hat.

Names
Orville is the only generic name Squid guard 2 has been given in the franchise. It was used for him in "Squidville."
Roles
"Squidville"/Patty Hype
He is asked if he has his nightstick ready by Squid guard 1. He and his colleague are both knocked out by the smell of Patrick's breath when the smell goes through the speaker, which was caused by the fried oyster skins he ate.

Roles in games
Lights, Camera, Pants!
He appears in the PC version. He is a guard at Tentacle Acres and denies SpongeBob access, and gives him a movie ticket so he can leave. Later, SpongeBob calls him from Mrs. Puff's Boating School to get him out of the entryway, telling him that somebody is playing "progressive rock" in the neighborhood. He is disgruntled that SpongeBob prank called him and laments that he will lose his job because of him. To make it up to him, SpongeBob offers him a position in The New Adventures of Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy, which he reluctantly agrees to. He can be picked as the Head Nurse at the Shady Shoals Rest Home in the episode.
