It is first possibly referenced as a college formerly attended by Plankton (criteria fitting both it and Bikini State University) in the episode "Plankton!" and first appears in the Nick Mag Presents Winter 2004 comic Plankton: The College Years.

The university is the shape of a college graduation hat. It appears to be made of black brick. It has a porthole above the front door with what appears to be a bell hanging in the center. Said bell is a couple of keys.
