- This DVD box set is a combination of Triple Pack 3 and Triple Pack 4.
Errors
- Even though "Skill Crane" is 64a and "Good Neighbors" is 64b, the DVD has the opposite (64b and 64a respectively).
- On the back of the DVD, "Good Neighbors" is listed as "Good Neighbor." The same thing happens on Season 4 Volume 1 disc 1, The Complete Fourth Season and The Third & Fourth Seasons.
