SpongeBob and his Bikini Bottom pals are ready to have a hilariously good time when SpongeBob and Patrick face off in the Fast Food Olympics, where only one will be victorious, SpongeBob tries to teach Squidward and Patrick the fine art of bubble blowing, and Squidward only has one student enroll in his art class – SpongeBob – who proves to be, hands-down, more talented than his instructor. Then whoa! What has SpongeBob's breath smelling so bad?! Then it's time for some underwater pranks when SpongeBob and Patrick get their hands on invisible spray, an underwater romance is brewing when Mr. Krabs and Mrs. Puff start dating, SpongeBob declares himself too old for Grandma's kissy kisses, a screaming giant oyster wreaks havoc, SpongeBob tells on the Tattletale Strangler, and... is Mr. Krabs a robot?! Find out in this waterlogged collection that'll really float your boat!

On the other side is a poster of the front cover.
- The original 2004 DVD includes previews for other Nickelodeon DVDs and VHS tapes. These include older SpongeBob DVDs and VHS tapes, The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius DVDs and VHS tapes, Rugrats Go Wild DVD and VHS tape, and The Wild Thornberrys Movie DVD and VHS tape.

- This is the last SpongeBob DVD for two things:

- The last SpongeBob DVD to be classified in Wallonia as AL. Starting with the SpongeBob Goes Prehistoric DVD, TOUS is used.
- This DVD was re-released on September 25, 2012 along with Friend or Foe?, SpongeBob's Atlantis SquarePantis, SpongeBob's Pest of the West, and SpongeBob vs. The Big One as part of The SpongeBob Super Square Collection.

Errors
- Whenever SpongeBob blinks while standing still on the main menu screen, his eyelashes are still seen.
- On the bilingual and European release during the set up screen, one side of SpongeBob's shirt is not colored in.
- In Spain, the DVD spine reads "SpongeBob SquarePants: Travesuras Marinas." This is the same error as the Spain release of Dora the Explorer: Dora's Fantastic Gymnastics Adventure DVD where the spine text (except for the DTE logo) is in English instead of Spanish. The series is not called SpongeBob SquarePants in Spain. It's called Bob Esponja in Spain and SpongeBob in Portugal. Some merchandise sold in Spain has the word "SpongeBob" and some Portugal merchandise has the Bob Esponja logo.
