- DVD-Forum.at called this a DVD "entertaining for fans of the series and therefore recommendable without hesitation," while also calling the fact of no bonus material "unfortunate."[1]

General
- All of the episodes featured premiered on this DVD before they premiered on American television.
- The cover of the DVD is based on the 1969 ABC sitcom The Brady Bunch.
- That show and SpongeBob have been released on DVD by Paramount Pictures.
- Despite being on the cover, Template:Data:Links does not appear in any of the episodes featured on this DVD.
- Although, the episodes on the Serbian and Russian releases have at least one episode with her in it.
- On the international covers, the artwork is instead based on the episode "Roller Cowards."
- Plankton, Gary, and Mrs. Puff are excluded from the VCR cover.
- On the back cover, an image of Patrick wearing a lampshade over his head is from "Rock-a-Bye Bivalve."
- Despite this, that episode is not included on this DVD.
