Absorbing Favorites is a SpongeBob SquarePants VHS tape released on September 20, 2005.
Cover
The cover has four varieties of SpongeBobs and around the cover says the VHS's title in yellow. The SpongeBob on the top-left is seen with ripped pants, the SpongeBob on the top-right is seen wearing his karate gear, the one on the right is seen wearing his flying pants and the one on the bottom can be seen holding a jellyfish net. On the cover, Plankton can also be seen holding a Krabby Patty and there are some jellyfish seen.

Trivia
- Just like the SpongeGuard on Duty VHS tape, "Jellyfish Hunter" is the last episode on this tape.
- This VHS was released three years after the premiere of "New Student Starfish" and "Clams" and one year after Nicktoons Freeze Frame Frenzy was released.
- The total run time of this VHS is 55 minutes, instead of the usual 1 hour and 1 minute run time of the other VHS tapes (except for the VHS release of The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie, which runs for 1 hour and 27 minutes). This is because the length of "Gary Takes a Bath" is only 6 minutes, instead of the usual 11 minutes.
- "Karate Choppers" does not have its musical score changed on this tape. This also applies to the DVD version, and the Deep-Sea Games DVD.
- On the cover, SpongeBob ripped the pants he almost always uses. But, in the actual episode he ripped his swim trunks.
Errors
- On the cover, one can see SpongeBob with inflatable pants from "The Sponge Who Could Fly." However, that episode is not in this VHS tape (despite being on The Sponge Who Could Fly VHS tape), but it's on the DVD version, so that explains why there is a screenshot from said episode.
