General
- Both discs were reprinted as the first 2 discs of The Complete Sixth Season in North America.
- The following disc covers are based on the episodes that are:

- "The Krabby Kronicle" and "The Slumber Party"
- Disc 1
- The first disc contains previews for other Nickelodeon DVDs. These include older SpongeBob SquarePants DVDs, iCarly: Season 2, Volume 1 DVD, The Mighty B!: We Got the Bee DVD, and Back at the Barnyard: When No One's Looking DVD.
- After "Patty Caper" and "Truth or Square" respectively, both discs jump straight to the main menu instead of showing the credits right after. The end credits on both discs can only be accessed by using the main menu.
- "Porous Pockets," "Krusty Krushers," "The Card," "Dear Vikings," and "Ditchin'" were originally going to be on this season set, but those episodes were moved to Volume 2 instead.
Errors
- On the cover of disc 1, the side with the picture from "Suction Cup Symphony," Patrick's bow tie does not have the part that goes around his neck.
- The Thai cover has the face SpongeBob made from "Dumped," but that episode is not in season 6.
- Despite being the first episode of the season, "House Fancy" is not the first episode on this DVD; "Spongicus" is the first episode instead.
- The episodes are not listed by packaging order nor airing order. This also happens on Season 6 Volume 2, Complete Sixth Season, Next 100 Episodes, The Best 200 Episodes Ever, The Fifth & Sixth Seasons, and The Best 300 Episodes Ever DVDs.
- Instead, the episodes are listed by the order used on the season 6 compilation DVDs.
