- Both discs were reprinted as the last two discs of The Complete Sixth Season in North America.
- The following disc covers are based on the episodes that are:

- The first disc contains previews for other Nickelodeon DVDs. These include older SpongeBob SquarePants DVDs, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles Forever DVD, and Avatar: The Last Airbender DVDs.
- Despite being the last episode of the season, "The Clash of Triton" is not the last episode on disc 2; instead, "Single Cell Anniversary" is.
- The Thai cover for this DVD has many differences from the North American cover.
- On the Thai cover, it has a pink background and bubbles rather than flowers and has the crying face SpongeBob made from "Karate Choppers."
- This is last volume-season DVD for the main series in North America.
- This is also the last SpongeBob season DVD in North America to have artwork on the discs.
Errors
- In the episode selection on disc 2, the image for "Overbooked" is not from that episode. The image is actually from "Porous Pockets."
- In the closed-captioning version of "The Card," when SpongeBob says, "Dear Neptune!" while freaking out about Patrick possibly putting the #54 card in his pocket, the closed-captioning says, "Damn, Neptune!"
- This closed-captioning mistake also happens on SpongeBob's Truth or Square, Triple Pack 1, Complete Sixth Season, Big Hits: Volume 1, Next 100 Episodes, The Best 200 Episodes Ever, The Fifth & Sixth Seasons, and The Best 300 Episodes Ever DVDs.
- The episodes are not listed by packaging order nor airing order. This also happens on Season 6 Volume 1, Complete Sixth Season, Next 100 Episodes, The Best 200 Episodes Ever, The Fifth & Sixth Seasons, and The Best 300 Episodes Ever DVDs.
- Instead, the episodes are listed by the order used on the season 6 compilation DVDs.
