Old Man Walker,[1][2] also known as Incidental 83,[3] one of the old fish coming down the stairs (along with Incidentals 81 and 82), and Incidental PM7, is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy." He is likely classified as an elderly-type incidental.
Description
He is a short light green elderly fish with light orange liver spots on top of his head, and beige colored lips that greatly resemble the lips of a clam. He wears a light blue hospital gown and has thick glasses. In his older appearances, the lenses of his glasses had a black outline instead of their current teal outline, and his lips had a black outline instead of their current olive green outline. The old fish coming down the stairs has the same appearance as Old Man Walker's old colors variant.

He is an elderly patty monster with army green fins and light orange lips. He wears thick glasses and uses a walker with tennis balls to walk around.
Personality
Though Old Man Walker is an incidental, he has been shown to have a consistent personality in many episodes. He is usually portrayed as a meek and clueless elderly man. Because of this personality, other characters in the show usually do things to him such as taking advantage of him and even using or seeing him as an inanimate object. It was revealed in the episode "Hysterical History" that he is secretly planning on being the future ruler of Bikini Bottom, where he appears to plot acting as an evil tyrant, revealing that he secretly has a more dark and sinister side and is willing to brutally silence anyone who discovers this personality in question it order for it to be revealed towards the public.

- Old Man Walker is the most consistently used name for Incidental 83, it has been used for him in many episodes starting with the season 12 episode "SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout," although it did also appear in credits of past episodes starting with the season 11 episode "Plankton Paranoia" and on File:Incidental Character Models 2.jpg.

Old Man Walker is a fairly commonly used incidental character, as well as one of the most commonly used elderly incidentals. He is shown to usually have a consistent personality and voice throughout the series, much like a minor character, although he is still mainly identified as an incidental character. Like other elderly incidentals, he is usually portrayed to be a resident at Shady Shoals Rest Home. He makes his biggest appearance yet in the episode "We ♥ Hoops" where nearly the entire episode revolves around him.

Sandy has him, Scooter, and Incidental 41 look inside a cave for SpongeBob, but they run out when they find out the cave is really an elephant fish.

He asks Squidward dressed as Santa Claus where his Christmas present is.
"The Algae's Always Greener"
He runs into a Krusty Krab support beam and begs its pardon. He then grabs the ketchup bottle that Plankton is hiding in and accidentally shoots him right through the wall of Mr. Krabs' office due to his bad aim.
"SpongeGuard on Duty"
SpongeBob rubs sunscreen onto his back.
"Doing Time"
He is one of the seniors at Shady Shoals whose white clothes get ruined by the big flood of fruit punch due to Incidental 6 opening a window for them.
"As Seen on TV"
He watches a Bran Flakes commercial and mistakes SpongeBob as the cereal box on TV.
"Krusty Krab Training Video"
He is one of the residents at the Rusty Krab.
"Plankton's Army"
He and Mary were featured in a deleted scene in the episode where Plankton's cousins attack them at the Krusty Krab.
"SpongeBob Meets the Strangler"
The Tattletale Strangler accuses him of being the Strangler in disguise.
"Fear of a Krabby Patty"
He is shown randomly moving on the screen during the montage of the Krusty Krab's 24-hour business shown on the Bikini Atoll screen.

He makes some notable appearances in the audience in a few shots during Squidward's recital.

He suspects that Patrick is a zombie for telling SpongeBob that he would "put his eye on him" and then gets everyone else in the Krusty Krab to believe that they are all zombies.

SpongeBob confiscates his walker to give to King Patrick, which causes Old Man Walker to fall face down.

He is a member of the Mild Ones.
"The Original Fry Cook"
He doesn't know what to order at the beginning of the episode. Squidward tells him, he already order and Walker demanding Squidward to stop rushing him.
"Fungus Among Us"
Squidward gives him his change covered in ick, which gets him infected.
"Krabs à la Mode"
Plankton appears inside his soda while he is spying on Mr. Krabs to find out that touching his thermostat triggers him. After 4 hours, Old Man Walker leaves the Krusty Krab bathroom after closing time and tries to exit but the doors were locked and he states he is locked in again. He later appears at the Krusty Krab when it becomes frozen and is heard complaining about what is taking so long. He then reappears in the frozen Krusty Krab again wearing snow gear where he complains where his Krabby Patty is. SpongeBob then shoots his Krabby Patty right into his moth which causes him to slam onto the window. He then claims his patty is delicious.
"Roller Cowards"
He tries to ride the Fiery Fist O' Pain on his birthday, but Harold forbids him from doing so because he has a serious medical condition.
"Money Talks"
He is shown eating with Mary at the Krusty Krab, with the latter narrating the amounts of chews he takes to finish his Krabby Patty and Walker demanding her to stop rushing him. They are eventually kicked out because of a deal made by the business man to sit at their table. He later appears at the Krusty Krab with her again when Mr. Krabs walks in while kissing his money. Mary then asks him why he never kisses her like that and Old Man Walker tells her not to start it.
"Sing a Song of Patrick"
He is shown to be the only citizen of Bikini Bottom that enjoys hearing "Twinkle, Twinkle, Patrick Star."
"Goo Goo Gas"
He appears as one of the elders whacking Plankton while he is trapped in a net.
"Dear Vikings"
He is seen at the bus stop with Viking 12, Fred, and Incidental 93.
"Toy Store of Doom"
He was found in SpongeBob and Patrick's toy chest.
"SpongeBob's Last Stand"
He is one of the elders featured in the Shelly Superhighway parade.
"The Cent of Money"
Mr. Krabs uses Gary the Snail to steal his coins from the coin machine at the Fun Arcade and Old Man Walker then complains about it to the guard. He later appears at the coin machine again where a flood of coins come out of the machine before he was about to deposit more coins from it.
"Tunnel of Glove"
He is seen riding a roller coaster at the beginning of the episode.
"Bubble Buddy Returns"
He gets knocked down by Shiny Bubble.
"Glove World R.I.P."
He is seen riding the roller coaster that plunges into the ground while SpongeBob and Patrick walk to the Ferris Wheel.

He is seen dancing with Mary at the Ladies' Choice dance.
"Little Yellow Book"
He is first seen as the only customer sitting at the Krusty Krab near the beginning and is later seen gnawing on a support beam with other ravenous customers. He then receives his Krabby Patty from SpongeBob and tells him that he order pickles on his Krabby Patty which causes SpongeBob to shoot his pickles out of his ears. He then later appears as one of the items SpongeBob finds in a toilet.
"SpongeBob You're Fired"
While SpongeBob is flooding the Krusty Krab with his tears, Old Man Walker floats on a barrel and says "I'm not a strong swimmer." He is also seen at the end of the episode, trying to find a nickel in order to use the restroom.
"Lost in Bikini Bottom"
He is shown to be tangled in the barbered wire that was covering SpongeBob while he walks up to Squidward at the register.
"What's Eating Patrick?"
He is seen competing in the Krabby Patty eating contest during Mr. Krabs ' flashback where he gets shoved aside by an inflated Mrs. Puff.
"The Sewers of Bikini Bottom"
SpongeBob and Squidward nearly flush him down the toilet until they realize they accidentally picked him up and put him back at his table.
"Two Thumbs Down"
SpongeBob and Patrick step on his head during the thumb war at the Krusty Krab.

He is posted on the bulletin board as a lost object.

He is part of the long object that Mr. Krabs and Squidward use to push a worm-infested SpongeBob out of the Krusty Krab.

He also appears as one of the barreled customers that Mr. Krabs bats out of the Krusty Krab.

He is one of the elders in the Bikini Bottom Police Department's evidence room.

He watches SpongeBob give Incidental 82 a foot rub.

He is part of the big car crash during the race.

He nearly dies from waiting too long at the Krusty Krab.
"Pineapple RV"
He takes over Squidward's job as Krusty Krab cashier while he goes on his road trip to visit the Warbling Water Lily.

He is one of the incidentals who say "aww" from seeing SpongeBob with Drizzle Jr.
"Broken Alarm"
He cries when Mr. Krabs says that SpongeBob passed away.
"Shell Games"
He is strolling under Tony's shell and gets ran over by Patrick's stomach.
"Dirty Bubble Returns"
He is seen in the comic where the Dirty Bubble chews on his laundry, making it dirty. SpongeBob then stops the Dirty Bubble and puts him inside a washer.
"SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout"
He helps SpongeBob's friends prepare for SpongeBob's surprise birthday party. Mr. Krabs has him keep watch for SpongeBob and alert everyone else when he arrives. However, when SpongeBob does arrive, he and Patrick send him zooming away on his walker, therefore, failing his given duty. He also acted as a side gag a few times throughout the episode as well.

Patrick confiscates all of his sharp and pointy objects before entering the Bubble Zoo.
"A Place for Pets"
He was at the Chum Bucket, looking for glue not noticing it was on his head.
"Food PBFFT! Truck"
He is seen in the Krusty Krab line where Mr. Krabs swipes his money from his hand.
"Upturn Girls"
He appears as the old man feeding the clams in SpongeBob's brochure.
"Say Awww!"
He is seen helping form a pyramid when the Bikini Bottomites try to escape Q.T.-π for the first time.

When SpongeBob and Patrick are delivering mail, they make a stop at Old Man Walker's house. He is sad because he never gets any mail. SpongeBob and Patrick find this out and give him all the mail, making him overjoyed.
"Captain Pipsqueak"
He is one of the customers that becomes shocked when Man Ray arrives at the Krusty Krab.
"My Friend Patty"
He auditions to eat Krabby Patty, who turns him down because he has an open grave for the patty in his mouth.
"The Goobfather"
He is part of the Krusty Krab's security system to protect against the Goobfather, alongside Old Man Jenkins.
"Allergy Attack!"
He makes multiple cameos throughout the episode, being one of the Krusty Krab customers who is allergic to Squidward's cologne.
"We ♥ Hoops"
His biggest role in the series yet. He appears as Hoops in The Kelpbed Kids show that SpongeBob and Patrick watch which causes them to decide to meet Hoops in person, only to discover that he is really Old Man Walker as a kid. SpongeBob and Patrick decide to help Old Man Walker defeat Ajax Magee like the Kelpbed Kids would after he shoots eggs at his house. They help him create a tank in order to fight Ajax at Shady Shoals Rest Home. They manage to beat Ajax in the battle which causes Old Man Walker to rescue SpongeBob and Patrick by holding the, with his two hoops, only for him to drop them shortly afterwards.

He gets hit by Mr. Krabs' office door.
"Momageddon"
When Incidental 6 protests his Krabby Patty not being made with love, he stands up and throws it on Old Man Walker.
"Pet the Rock"
When Patrick is taking Rolly for a walk, he drags it over Old Man Walker's foot.
"Tango Tangle"
Karen accidentally shoots him with Plankton's weapon, which turns him into Ray Ray.
"Hysterical History"
He appears as the security guard for the Museum of Bikini Bottom History where he constantly tells SpongeBob, Patrick, and Sandy not to fool around in the museum. The three of them eventually go to his secret floor of the museum and learn he is planning to be the ruler of the future. He tries to stop the three after they find out but ends up going up with the museum.
"Biscuit Ballyhoo"
Pearl tries to sell him biscuits, but he says someone stole his dentures, so he cannot eat them.
"Pinned"
SpongeBob calls him for help, but Old Man Walker answers his shoe instead of the phone.
"Firehouse Bob"
He is part of of the fire department and breaks his skeleton after falling from a tree. Later in the episode, when the fire department is on fire, he rescues SpongeBob, Patrick, Squidward, and Larry from the building and easily extinguishes the fire.

He is seen standing cluelessly at the Scuttle-N-Save while Patrick juggles various store products.
"Squidina's Little Helper"
He is shown to be half buried in the sand after Patrick's performance ends.
"Terror at 20,000 Leagues"
The screen zooms right into his mouth during the introduction of the episode.
"Survivoring"
He is seen standing alone in an empty corn field after Cecil Star's RV zooms past it.
"Mid-Season Finale"
Tinkle bites him in the butt, making him fall down a well.
"The Lil' Patscals"
Old Man Walker, named Hoops as a kid, is one of the Kelpbed Kids. He stops the guard toilet from attacking Patrick and GrandPat by trapping its mouth shut with a hoop. Later on, he explores Old Man Jenkins' house, but gets attacked by a skeleton and shot out of the chimney. When Old Man Jenkins activates his house's defense system against Officer Murphy, he drops a piano that falls on Hoops. Old Man Walker appears as his present-day self at the end, joining GrandPat for a reunion.
"The Patrick Show Sells Out"
When Mr. Krabs doesn't like the Patrick Show, he is about to turn it off, but Old Man Walker pleads for him not to. He imitates Patrick's actions on the show and trips himself, then buys a Krabby Patty.
"Neptune's Ball"
He trades hunting stories with the other old men at King Neptune's castle, claiming to have caught a creature "with naught but a bowie knife and these two fins."
"Olly Olly Organ Free"
He drives through a puddle and splashes Incidental 7.

Patrick is about to put him through an extreme obstacle course, but he gets crushed by the rest of the Star family.

He needs help crossing the street. Squidina uses her ink to make portals and pushes him in, but he falls out of the second one and injures himself, making him ask to go to the hospital instead.
