The DVD contains 6 episodes from season 2 and season 3 with Hebrew and English versions, along with Hebrew subtitles. This is the sequel to The Best of SpongeBob SquarePants: Part 1 and 2 DVDs that was released on the same day.

This was the last official SpongeBob SquarePants DVD to be released in Israel.
The episodes on the DVD were chosen by an internet vote on Nickelodeon Israel's website.
Unlike most SpongeBob DVDs in Israel, this one uses the Hebrew text for the intro and episodes, instead of the English versions.
All of the "BobSfog MichnasMeruba: Ha'Metav" DVDs use the same setup menu.
The Hebrew version of the SpongeBob SquarePants theme song is heard on the main menu and scene selection menu.
- There is also the theme song video "inside" a window.
