Synopsis
Pearl comes running downstairs and asks Mr. Krabs to buy her a boat for her birthday next week. Krabs says he never promised, but Pearl shows a recording where he promised he would while begging her to turn down her loud music. Since the boat is way too expensive, Krabs goes to a junkyard and finds a broken-down version of it. He has SpongeBob help him fix the boat up, so it looks perfect, but is missing an engine. They overhear Pearl coming outside, so SpongeBob and Krabs hide inside the boat.
Pearl is overjoyed with her boat, and exclaims that she loves Mr. Krabs. Thus, Mr. Krabs stops SpongeBob before he can explain the boat does not work properly. They manually control the boat from the inside. Pearl makes it to her high school, with Krabs as the GPS and SpongeBob as the horn. She picks up her friends, and Pearl turns on the radio, making SpongeBob start singing. Pearl turns it off, pressing a button that ejects SpongeBob and Krabs against the wall. While brakeing the boat, she accidentally kicks Krabs in the head.
At an intersection, the Sharks drive up to Pearl, and they get into an argument, then agree to race each other. Angered about Sharkface insulting him, Krabs speeds up the boat. The Sharks fire their teeth to pop Pearl's tires. Krabs has SpongeBob regrow his legs and attaches them to the tires to fix them. When they drive up a cliff, Krabs takes the teeth and drops them on the road, making the Sharks spin out and fall off.
Pearl is still on an adrenaline rush from winning the race, so she enters the demolition derby. With her friends cheering her on, she spins into another racer and defeats them. Krabs continues to control the boat from the inside, but fears that it might get smashed. Pearl sprays water from her blowhole, blinding a racer and making him crash into another.
Pearl's boat breaks down, and she worries how Krabs will react. A pit crew worker takes it to the garage, opening the boat to reveal SpongeBob and Krabs inside. Krabs explains his plan, but Pearl is upset that he was cheap on another gift for her. She takes his credit card and uses it to buy two new brand new, expensive boats for herself to get back at her dad.
