The Third & Fourth Seasons is a SpongeBob SquarePants compilation DVD set that was released on February 5, 2019 and contains all of the episodes from the third and fourth seasons, and the season 1 episode "Help Wanted" as a bonus. This is the sequel to The First & Second Seasons DVD that was released on February 5, 2018.

Trivia
General
- "Party Pooper Pants," "Ugh," "The Sponge Who Could Fly," "Have You Seen This Snail?," and "Dunces and Dragons" are all counted as double-length episodes.
- The reason that the episode "Help Wanted" appears on this box set despite it being a season 1 episode is because during the production of the season 1 DVD box set, they had copyright issues over the song "Livin' in the Sunlight, Lovin' in the Moonlight," which is featured in the episode, so they excluded it from the season 1 DVD and promised to include it in a future DVD release.[1]
- All of these episodes were previously featured on the 2-Season TV Pack DVD released in 2015.
- This DVD is not much different than the 2-Season TV Pack DVD.
Errors
- On the backside, "Krab Borg" is listed as "Krab Borg!," which adds an exclamation mark to the title.
- However, the Region 4 release lists the episode as "Krab Borg."
- On the Region 4 release, "Snowball Effect" is listed as "The Snowball Effect."
- In "Plankton's Army," when Plankton says, "United, the Plankton family could be a real pain in the fanny!" the closed captions say "belly" instead of "fanny."
- The same closed-caption mistake also occurs on the SpongeBob Goes Prehistoric and Absorbing Favorites DVDs.
- On the front cover, the handle on SpongeBob's spatula is red instead of black.
- On the front cover, Patrick's eyelids are pink instead of purple. This also happens on The Complete Third Season, The Complete Fourth Season, and The Complete Fifth Season DVDs.
- The disc 4 episode description of "Best Frenemies" reads, "Mr. Krabs reveals he and Plankton were once the best of friends." However, this description actually refers to the season 5 episode "Friend or Foe."
- Ironically, The Complete Fifth Season describes "The Gift of Gum" on the back.
- This description error also happens on disc 10 of the 2009 release of The First 100 Episodes, disc 4 of The Complete Fourth Season, and 2-Season TV Pack DVDs.
- The first four episodes on disc 3 are out of order.
- Even though "The Thing" is episode 76a and "Hocus Pocus" is episode 76b, disc 4 has those episode production numbers in the opposite order (76b, then 76a). This error also occurs for "Born to Be Wild," "Best Frenemies," "The Pink Purloiner," and "Squid Wood."
- In the episode "Squidtastic Voyage," there is a closed-captioning error when SpongeBob and Patrick are dancing at the beginning. SpongeBob says, "Tropical breeze." However, the captions say, "Tropical waves" instead of "Tropical breeze."
- On the last page of the episode selection for disc 4, the picture used for "Best Day Ever" is actually a shot from "Mid-Life Crustacean" when SpongeBob and Patrick are saying, "Not lame!"
- This error also occurs on the Season 4 Volume 2, The Complete Fourth Season, and 2-Season TV Pack DVDs.
