• Coincidentally, a VHS called Bikini Bottom Bash! was released in 2003. Additionally, both that VHS tape and this DVD contain the episode "Party Pooper Pants."
• All the episodes on this DVD are party themed.
  • This is the second SpongeBob DVD to be party themed. The first is Tales from the Deep.
• This is the first DVD to include a season 12 episode, which is "SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout."
  • This is also the first single-disc DVD released since The Legend of Boo-Kini Bottom DVD in September 2018.
  • This is also the first single-disc DVD release to contain multiple hour-long specials
• Truth or Square is the TV version with most of the celebrities edited out.
• The intro is still only in the first episode but unlike most SpongeBob DVDs the credits are at the end of each episode rather than at the end of the entire DVD.
