  • The dubbing credits are accidentally shown in Nickelodeon Latin America.
  • The dub is recorded in São Paulo, a city who's dubbing studios are known for dubbing many pre-school cartoons and also animes into Brazilian Portuguese.
    • SpongeBob's Brazilian voice actor, Wendel Bezerra, is the Brazilian voice of the character Goku from the anime series Dragon Ball.
  • Squidward's Brazilian name "Lula Molusco" means "Squid Mollusc" in Portuguese.
  • Mr. Krabs' Brazilian surname "Siriguejo" is a joke with the words "Siri" and "Caranguejo" both words mean "Crab" in Portuguese.
