Trivia
- Unlike most other SpongeBob SquarePants international dubs, this version retains the original English title.
- The same can be applied to the Dutch, European Portuguese, Filipino, Indonesian, and Malay dubs.
- Cúla4's website lists some season 7 episodes as season 8.
- Like the Welsh dub, the credits in nearly every episode are incorrect.
- The Gaelic text on some title cards/time cards can be either small, a different color, or a completely different font, due to the poor nature of the editing. The text used on title cards is in Comic Sans.
- As well as that, some scenes are left completely textless.
- In the first movie, David Hasselhoff's lines are left in English.
- Seasons 1-4 no longer air on TG4, for unknown reasons, they confirmed on Twitter that they no longer had the rights to Season 1, but said nothing about Seasons 2-4.[2]
- In the Spanish release of the Complete 4th Season Boxset, UK releases of the DVDs Friend or Foe?, SpongeBob's Atlantis SquarePantis, 10 Happiest Moments, Bikini Bottom Adventures (DVD), SpongeBob's WhoBob WhatPants? and The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water (DVD) and the German release of the Where's Gary? DVD, this dub is featured as an audio option.[3]
- From Seasons 2-6, Patchy the Pirate's lines are left in English.
- In the intro for some Season 7 episodes, the textless version of the logo is used.
- The song "Dear Friend" is undubbed.
- Second parts of 20-minute specials don't have title cards expect for Truth or Square.
- Although separated, the second segment for Season 1-6 episodes does not have an intro due to the two segments originally airing together.
- The dub did not include its own ending credits until mid-Season 7.
- Season 4 is the only season that doesn't air anymore to be fully found, thanks to the Spanish release of the Season 4 Boxset.
- Up until season 7, only a selection of episodes were dubbed.
